Leadership CAP!
Campus Activities and Programs offers numerous opportunities for students to engage in leadership training. Students will develop knowledge, skills, and abilities that will assist in creating strong student groups! Whether you are new to leadership training or have been engaged in leadership for years, there is something for you! Leadership CAP! provides engagement opportunities for student group members and leaders.

Start Your Spartan Legacy! - too overwhelmed with all your involvement options? Do not know where to begin? This is for you!
Fall Leadership Academy - This one-day conference is open to all UNCG students at no charge! Great for students with some leadership training experience!
Emerging Leaders Day – This one-day conference is focused on the leadership training needs of first and second year students
Adult and Graduate Student Leadership Conference – This one-day conference focuses on the needs of UNCG Adult and Graduate Students
Operation U-LEAD Workshops – These quick 1-hour sessions will provide you with the tools necessary to lead
Excellence Awards - Each April, Campus Activities and Programs and UNCG celebrate our student groups and leaders’ successes.
Spartans Leading Spartans – They empower, you lead! “SLS” are students trained to provide your student group with everything from consultations, to one hour workshops to full retreats!
Volunteer Opportunities – UNCG’s motto is “SERVICE” what is your student group doing to fulfill this?
