Student Group Shoutouts

Student Group Shoutouts is distributed every Monday afternoon during fall and spring semesters. Shoutouts is a weekly e-mail sent to all student group head officers, advisors and other interested persons. Shoutouts detail important information for student groups as well as announcements about volunteer and leadership opportunities.

Submit Your Information: Please fill out this form by 12 noon on Monday for inclusion in that week’s email.

 

UNCG Weekend Events Email

UNCG Weekend Events is distributed every Wednesday during fall and spring semesters. Weekend Events promotes events and opportunities both on- and off-campus from Friday to Sunday.

Submit Your Information: Submit all information in text format to Vincent Justiniano (vejustin@uncg.edu) by 12 noon on Tuesday for programs occurring that weekend.

Remember to include:

• Event/Program Title
• Date (spell out day or week and month)
• Time (am/pm)
• Location (ie. Campus Building, Room)
• Event description/details
