The College Panhellenic Council (CPC) serves as the governing body for the sororities on campus that are members of the National Panhellenic Conference. CPC oversees formal Panhellenic sorority recruitment each fall and provides its member organizations with educational programming, leadership opportunities, and community service/philanthropy initiatives. Potential new members are guided through formal recruitment in the spring semester.
The Multicultural Greek Council (MGC) is comprised of culturally-based Greek organizations. MGC exists to provide support, education, and programming for culturally-based Greek organizations in order to contribute to the diversity on the UNCG campus and within Fraternity and Sorority Life. These organizations conduct their Membership Intake at the individual chapter level and interested students should connect with the chapters to learn more about their process.
The InterFraternity Council (IFC) is composed of North American Interfraternity Conference fraternities committed to encouraging the most complete intellectual, emotional, physical, and social development of its members. Recruitment is year-round with formal recruitment processes in the spring semester. Spring Rush Week allows interested potential new members a chance to meet all the chapters and decide which organization possess values and ideals that align with their own.
The National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) at UNCG is composed of historically black fraternities and sororities that make up the National Pan-Hellenic Council, Inc.
